Returns

All sales are final. Products at thrifty alpaca are secondhand clothes and have most likely already been worn. If you have any concerns with your item please reach out to thriftyalpaca@gmail.com

There is a limited return policy. To be eligible for a return, the garment needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, in it’s original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase.

To find out if you are eligible for a return, please send an email to thriftyalpaca@gmail.com. If your return request is accepted, a shipping label will be sent to you with instructions on where to send your package. You will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost on the return.

Items not eligible for returns: Vintage and sale items are non-refundable

If you are approved for a refund, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

14 Days to Return

If you are approved for a return, you have 14 days to return the item after approval. Thank you!
